（单作用常开式）当气源进入气缸控制腔，隔膜下压，关闭阀门通道，当气缸控制腔无气源压力时，隔膜上升，阀门通道被打开 (Single actingnormally open type) When the air source enters the cylinder control chamber,the diaphragm is pressed down and the valve passage is closed. When there is noair source pressure in the cylinder control chamber, the diaphragm rises andthe valve passage is opened
