在滞环带宽h固定的时候,开关频率会随着电网相电压U0的变化而变化。U0过零点附近时,开关频率变高;在幅值附近时,开关频率变低。例如Ud=530V,电网侧线电压U0=620V,电感L=250uH,滞环h=50A,那开关频率会从10600Hz到930Hz变动。而实际上在电路设计中为了避免带宽为零时对IGBT器件造成损坏,对滞环带宽进行了限值, 小值在A,所以实际运行中开关频率在变动。
带宽频率不固定,对电力器件的工作频率提出很高的要求,根据公式(7)可以推出,如果要固定频率,则滞环宽度h要变化,即:
根据公式(8),例如直流母线电压Ud=530V,L=250uH,确定开关频率为4kHz,网侧电压幅值为506V(对应620V线电压),则对A相电压来说,相应的带宽
此种方式可以通过软件程序实现。
2.3 改进技术方案的电路设计
数字量信号电流给定值、带宽值经DA芯片转换为模拟量信号,与采样电流信号经过比较运算,生成PWM调制信号;其波形变化图如图3所示。
