Ω型轨道挂缆滑车是一种半封闭Ω型轨道、轨道接头、支架、牵引小车、挂缆小车、终端头组成。牵引小车和挂缆小车均在Ω型轨道内腔,在移动设备拖拽下移动行走,挂于挂缆小车上的电缆随之放缆或收揽,同步移动。
Ω型轨道挂缆滑车优点是:可蔽雨雪、灰尘。小车行走轻便、噪音小、美观,所有部件标化,安装简便。缺点是:价格偏高。
(2) 电缆卷筒装置
电缆卷筒装置是将电缆盘状储存,卷绕在电缆卷筒上。当移动受电设备行走时,卷筒放缆,返回时卷筒收揽,卷筒可安装在移动受电设备上,也可固定安装。
一般放缆时是利用电缆的张力,拉动卷筒送缆;收缆时,利用电动力,重力或弹簧储能力,转动卷筒收揽。电缆卷筒的主要性能要求: :卷筒放缆速度应和移动受电设备同步。第二:对电缆受力的保护。当张力超过电缆需用范围时,卷筒应能停转或空转。第三:电源输入一般采用集电环和电刷。
电缆卷筒装置常用的有:弹簧储能式、电动式两种。
弹簧储能式主要特点:该产品以弹簧力做动力,不消耗电能,结构紧凑。电缆在工作过程中始终受一定张力的作用,不会松弛,也不会缠绕打结。采用集电环、电刷集电结构,供电可靠,设置了可逆转结构,卷筒能正反转动。优点是:结构简单,故障较少、维护方便。缺点是:一般不建议长距离,大直径卷放电缆场合使用,弹簧收卷力计算调定恒张力,要求比较困难,电缆在放缆时,承受较大的张力。
